Questions about the Bicester Nutrition club

The programme, the club, the calculators and the free assessment. Replies to what visitors raise most often.

The free assessment

Is the assessment really free?
Yes. The first assessment costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The measurements taken at the free assessment.
How do I book a free assessment?
Fill in the form on this page or phone the club. The club will ring you back over lunch, in the afternoon or in the evening.

The club

Where is the club?
At 106 Churchill Road, First Floor, Bicester, north-east of Oxford. Members come from Bicester and from the villages and towns around it, Caversfield, Launton, Ambrosden, Stratton Audley, Bucknell, Blackthorn, Chesterton, Marsh Gibbon, Merton, Middleton Stoney, Arncott, Weston-on-the-Green, Kirtlington, Upper Heyford, Kidlington and Oxford.
When does the club open its doors?
Monday, from 6:30am to 11am. Wednesday to Friday, from 6:30am to 11am. Saturday, from 7:30am to 11am. Closed on Tuesday and Sunday.

The programme

Do I need to come to the club every day?
Coaching is daily, and lots of members with jobs start the day with breakfast in the club before work. Your coach sets the rhythm with you during the assessment.
Will I need to give up my favourite foods?
No. At the club in Bicester, balanced eating is built around your tastes and daily rhythm, and you never feel deprived.
What does the programme cost?
Your price is set during the assessment, according to your goal. That first assessment is free and you are not committed to anything.

The calculators

Does BMI on its own tell me if weight loss is needed?
No. BMI cannot separate muscle and fat. Waist size, plus the body fat figure measured at the assessment, says far more.
Are my figures saved?
No. Your phone or computer does all the working out. Nothing gets stored, and the club receives nothing.
Can everyone use the calculators?
They are built for adults. Anyone pregnant, aged under 18 or over 65, or with a BMI below 18.5 should ask their doctor instead.

Become a coach

Is membership required before becoming a coach?
Yes, it all starts with joining the club. First you are a member, then a coach, and later, depending on how you progress, you go on to open your own club.
Which is right for me, a club online or a club with premises?
Each is as good as the other, and they can run together. Online, there is no venue needed to get going and members are coached by video. A club with premises gathers its members over breakfast each morning. Talking it over with Mark during a visit to the club helps you decide.
