A summer body, without the pressure
Summer is prepared gently, not in a sprint.
A summer body is above all a body you no longer have to worry about. We prefer a simple route, an assessment, a realistic goal and gentle support with your eating.
Starting early means moving gently. Gradual weight loss lasts better than a last-minute sprint, and it leaves energy for daily life. You do not need intense exercise to begin or to show your body in order to come.
At the assessment, we measure what really matters. Weight, but also waist and shape, which often show your progress better than the scales alone. If you have put weight back on after every diet, we look with you at what did not last.
Feeling good this summer, step by step
Barbecues, drinks in the garden, pub terraces. Summer is not a time to avoid. 3 pointers to enjoy it without putting back what you have lost.

Your questions before summer
When should I start to be ready by June?
As soon as possible. A few months lets you move forward gently, but it is never too late to set a realistic goal.
Do I have to exercise to lose weight?
Not necessarily to get started. We begin with your eating and your routine, and add movement at your own pace.
Can I lose weight without going without?
Yes. We adjust portions and habits, without banning anything.
Is the assessment really free?
Yes. Just choose a day at the Bicester club.

Our advice on the topic
You can eat out while losing weight. Check the menu in advance, pick the dish you really want, add vegetables, go easy on drinks and return to routine next day.
Aim for 6 to 8 glasses of fluid a day, more when it is hot or you are active. Water helps weight loss mainly by replacing sugary drinks, not by burning fat.
